Job summary

Adaptive Hvm Limited seeks an IT support specialist to provide 1st and 2nd line assistance for staff on hardware, software and Microsoft 365.

You will manage user access, licensing, and collaboration tools, while maintaining incident records for governance and audits. The role supports ongoing infrastructure monitoring and digitalisation across business units.

Job description

• Provide first-line and second-line support for all staff in relation to hardware, software, Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, systems access and connectivity issues, escalating complex matters to senior IT colleagues as required.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions and system changes to support robust governance, audit assurance and continuous improvement.
• Support the upkeep and monitoring of the IT infrastructure to maintain system availability, performance stability and data integrity in support of core regulatory activities.
• Assist in ensuring that all IT operations comply with internal controls, data protection requirements and public sector standards.
• Support the identification and implementation of digitalisation initiatives across business units.
• Supporting and administering client's MicSupport the administration of Microsoft 365 services including user account management, licensing, permissions, shared mailboxes and collaboration tools.
• Assist with the management of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), ensuring appropriate access controls, authentication methods and security best practices are maintained.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to support system upgrades, testing, change control procedures and implementation activitiesrosoft technology estate, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and identity and access management services. Support the ongoing delivery, governance and optimisation of these platforms while contributing to a secure, collaborative and digitally enabled workplace
