An established software company is seeking an ICT support engineer to join the customer support and infrastructure team. You will provide remote and onsite technical support, deliver infrastructure projects and help keep customer IT environments secure and reliable.

Ideal candidates have hands-on problem solving experience, strong Windows Server and M365 administration skills, and solid networking knowledge. A full driving licence and customer-facing communication skills are required.

Competenze

• 2+ years in ICT support, infrastructure or engineering role.
• Strong Windows Desktop and Windows Server knowledge.
• Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration.
• Solid networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs.
• Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
• Familiarity with virtualization and backup technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.
• Full clean driving licence.

The Role
