Positive Futures is hiring a Part-Time Support Worker to help people with a learning disability, brain injury or autism live independently with real choices and control. You’ll support daily living, personal care, finances, and community involvement, with an induction and ongoing team support.

No formal qualifications are required; kindness, patience and reliability are valued, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience providing paid or voluntary care or support for someone.
• Full, valid EU/EEA MANUAL driving licence to meet the requirements of the post.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living skills and personal care.
• Assist with managing home, finances, and medication as independently as possible.
• Help people engage with their community and advocate for their preferences.
