Job summary

DARA is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to provide one-to-one support to a young lady in her own home. The role focuses on maintaining independence, achieving personal goals, and enabling active community participation under the New Directions Programme.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient, and person-centred approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Experience supporting people with Autism or intellectual disabilities is desirable.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is advantageous.
• Relevant qualification in Social Care, Healthcare Support, or a related field is desirable.
