Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience providing paid or voluntary care or support.
• Full, valid IRL/UK/EU/EEA driving licence or ability to travel independently to meet post requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with the person supported while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Assist with daily living skills, personal care and money management.
• Support participation in community activities and advocacy when needed.
• Maintain accurate records using digital systems.
