Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in housing, tenant management or property management or other relevant discipline desirable.
• Full clean driving licence and access to a car.
• Experience in customer services, relationship management and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure estates are safe and well-maintained and drive up contractor standards.
• Oversee lettings and re-lets with smooth sign-up and informed tenant communications.
• Engage with tenants, groups and local stakeholders to foster involvement and feedback.
• Address nuisance or ASB issues with a focus on tenancy sustainment.
• Work with Housing Services and support teams to meet regional objectives.
