Job summary

Respond is seeking a Tenant Relations Officer in Cork. This full-time role focuses on delivering tenant-focused services, engaging with tenants, authorities and communities, and sustaining tenancies through trauma-informed practices.

The position reports to the Housing Manager, with responsibilities across estate management, allocations, stakeholder and tenant engagement, and team collaboration. Salary ranges from €45,995 to €59,471, with competitive terms.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in housing, tenant management or related discipline.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.
• Experience in customer services and tenancy management.

Responsibilities

• Estate management: engage with tenants, inspect estates and monitor contractors.
• Allocations: liaise with authorities, viewings, sign-ups and move-in updates.
• Stakeholder engagement: represent Respond in meetings and liaise with local authorities.
• Tenant engagement: create opportunities for tenants to have a say and plan improvements.
• Team working: collaborate with Housing Services and other teams to meet objectives.
• General: maintain records, report issues, ensure safety and GDPR compliance.
