Job summary

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in housing or related field.
• Experience in customer services and relationship management.
• Experience with housing tenancy services and anti-social behaviour.
• Proficient with IT-based management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct estate engagement and address issues with a tenant-focused approach.
• Lead letting and sign-up processes for new and existing homes.
• Engage with Local Authorities and stakeholders on nominations and allocations.
• Represent Respond at external meetings and build community links.
• Ensure health, safety, GDPR compliance and accurate record-keeping.
