Job summary

Respond Housing Association invites applications for a Tenant Relations Officer - CREL, a full-time maternity leave cover role based in Rathbourne, Dublin 7. You will report to the Housing Manager and oversee estate management, allocations, and stakeholder engagement to deliver tenant-focused services.

Responsibilities include engaging with tenants and local authorities, coordinating lettings, and driving community links while maintaining GDPR compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer services and relationship management, preferably with dispute resolution skills.
• Understanding of tenancy support, allocations, and anti-social behaviour handling.
• Must hold a full clean driving licence and have access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Estate Management: ensure safe, well-maintained estates; conduct inspections; engage with tenants and communities; address complaints to sustain tenancies.
• Allocations: manage lettings and sign-ups; coordinate with Local Authorities; conduct accompanied viewings.
• Stakeholder Engagement: represent Respond at meetings; liaise with Local Authorities and stakeholders; build community links.
• Tenant Engagement: develop opportunities for tenants to have a say; align priorities for minor works and environment improvements.
• Team Working: collaborate across Housing Services; support coordinators, Rent Officers, and service staff.
• General: deliver outstanding service; ensure GDPR compliance; report on issues; maintain health and safety.
