Job summary

Respond is one of the largest housing associations in Ireland, providing social housing and homeless services. This role focuses on delivering tenant-focused services and contributing to the Tenant Relations Team's success in Dublin, with a 39-hour week and a permanent contract.

The Tenant Relations Officer will manage allocations, engage with local authorities, and collaborate with stakeholders to integrate tenants into the wider community; a driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in housing, tenant management or related discipline desirable.
• Experience in customer services and dispute resolution.
• Hands-on experience of social housing tenancy services.
• Proficient IT skills and MS Office.
• Full clean driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Ensure estates are safe and well-maintained and that tenants are proud of their environment.
• Lead estate inspections and monitor contracts for cleaning and gardening with customers.
• Engage with tenants and community groups, encouraging involvement and feedback.
• Able to address nuisance or antisocial behaviour to sustain tenancies.
