CPM Ireland is seeking an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple divisions. You will partner with Hiring Managers, Client Service Managers and senior stakeholders to attract top talent in a competitive market.

This highly visible role requires proactive sourcing, strong stakeholder influence, and a focus on an exceptional candidate journey from attraction to onboarding, with hybrid working options.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment and selection.
• Experience sourcing candidates through proactive direct recruitment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and workforce planning understanding.
• Strong digital mindset and recruitment technology usage.
• Experience in field sales, retail, contact centre, outsourcing or FMCG is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies and client accounts.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and operations teams on workforce needs.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and ATS.
• Conduct screening interviews and competency assessments.
• Create compelling job advertisements and recruitment campaigns.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Ensure best-in-class candidate experience throughout process.
• Manage recruitment activity to meet SLA and targets.
• Support onboarding and workforce planning needs.
