Job summary

Keeper is seeking a driven Systems Support Engineer to join our B2B EMEA support team in Ireland. This hybrid role suits candidates living near Cork or fully remote for others outside commutable distance.

You will deliver complex technical support, perform resolution analysis, and work with Keeper’s customers and internal teams to ensure service quality across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT management and system administration experience.
• Experience with Single Sign On (SSO) environments and Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, DNS, LDAP, and authentication protocols.
• Proficient in Linux shell and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience in prem/cloud/hybrid environments and Python basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support for clients and internal teams.
• Perform resolution analysis on complex issues and track cases to closure.
• Communicate technical information to users with varying levels of expertise.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and sales to improve product reliability.
• Assist customers in installation and deployment of Keeper software.
• Escalate critical issues to appropriate management when needed.
• Document issues, findings, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
