Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our EMEA IT team in Cork. You will provide Level 1 and 2 support for Windows and macOS, manage accounts and devices, and assist with onboarding. This hybrid role requires residence in Ireland and commuting to the Cork office.

You will support employees across EMEA, troubleshoot IT issues, and help maintain secure, efficient IT operations while using AI-assisted tools to improve troubleshooting and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or service desk.
• Windows and macOS support in a business environment.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience provisioning laptops and peripherals.
• Understanding identity and access management concepts.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Willingness to use AI tools for troubleshooting and documentation.
• Must permanently reside in Ireland and commute to Cork office.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for Windows and macOS across the Cork office and remote users.
• Troubleshoot laptops, peripherals, operating systems and user access issues.
• Provision, configure and deploy laptops and equipment for new employees.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and changes.
• Administer user accounts across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and SaaS apps.
• Manage and track IT hardware, software assets and inventory.
• Diagnose connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi and basic network issues.
• Support conference rooms and audiovisual equipment in the Cork office.
• Document incidents, resolutions and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT, Security or Infrastructure teams.
• Assist with endpoint management, software deployment and device security controls.
• Follow IT security and data protection policies; maintain internal docs.
• Use AI-assisted tools to support troubleshooting and documentation.
