Hollybank Trustees Ltd. seeks a Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join its growing Ecommerce team. You will deliver top-notch service, manage sales enquiries, and process orders across multiple channels, with a focus on building lasting customer relationships and driving revenue.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and experience with Shopify or HubSpot in an ecommerce context. Hybrid working hours are provided in this busy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs/Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
• Experience in sales or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, results-driven approach with ability to follow up quotes and opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Team-player capable of working under pressure.
• Experience using Shopify and/or HubSpot.
• Experience within Ecommerce.
• Knowledge of water storage, fuel storage, or related products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
• Manage sales enquiries and convert opportunities into sales.
• Process and oversee customer orders across multiple sales channels, including B2B.
• Produce quotations and proforma invoices, follow up to maximise conversions.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Provide product information and guidance with training support.
• Maintain high service standards and contribute to customer satisfaction and NPS.
• Collaborate to achieve monthly sales and service targets.
• Support sales administration and continuous improvement initiatives.
