Kingspan Water & Energy is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our fast-paced Ecommerce team. You will build strong customer relationships, convert enquiries to sales, and manage orders across multiple channels while delivering exemplary service.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
• Manage sales enquiries and convert opportunities into sales.
• Process and oversee customer orders across multiple channels, including B2B.
• Produce quotations and proforma invoices, following up to maximise conversion.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide product information and technical guidance with internal training support.
• Maintain high service standards and contribute to customer satisfaction and NPS.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve monthly sales and service targets.
• Support sales admin and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
• Managing sales enquiries and converting opportunities into sales.
• Processing and overseeing customer orders across multiple sales channels, including B2B accounts.
• Producing quotations and proforma invoices, proactively following up to maximise conversion rates.
• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Providing product information and technical guidance, supported by training and internal expertise.
• Maintaining high service standards and contributing to strong customer satisfaction and NPS results.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve monthly sales and service targets.
• Supporting the wider team with sales administration and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• GCSEs/Leaving Certificate (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
• Previous experience in a sales and/or customer service role within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with the confidence to follow up quotations and sales opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A team-player mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

Desirable

• Experience using Shopify and/or HubSpot.
• Experience within Ecommerce.
• Knowledge of water storage, fuel storage, or related products.
