Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a control room or operations management role.
• Strong understanding of automated warehouse operations.
• Experience with OMS, WMS and ERP systems.
• Ability to work to strict SLAs and dispatch deadlines.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Control Room team, ensuring 24/7 operational coverage.
• Monitor workload progress and take actions to meet timelines and safety.
• Assess inbound/outbound workload and maximize service performance.
• Coordinate with engineering, IT and operations to resolve issues.
• Act as escalation point for incidents and drive recovery to resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance performance and efficiency.
