Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd in Dublin seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead large technology programmes across multiple workstreams. This permanent role offers hybrid working and ASAP start, with a salary of €80k-€90k.

You will shape delivery, set priorities with the PMO, manage roadmaps, and govern reporting. Candidates should have proven programme or senior project management experience, Azure DevOps or Jira, and familiarity with infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise systems.

Experience working within a PMO governance framework.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead major technology programmes with multiple workstreams from plan to delivery.
Shape delivery priorities and strategy with the PMO leader; define how programmes are run and tracked.
Improve governance, reporting and frameworks the business relies on.
Own programme roadmaps, manage inter-workstream dependencies, decide project sequencing.
Advise senior leaders and partners on delivery decisions.
Identify risks early, remove blockers, and know when to escalate.
