Howden Ireland is seeking a Team Leader for the Personal Lines administration and renewals team in our Dublin office on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Personal Lines, you will manage a busy team, oversee post management, renewals, and audits, and drive continuous improvement in processes and service delivery.

You will lead performance through CPD, annual PDRs, and staff development, ensuring targets are met while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong client partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an account handling role within insurance.
• CIP qualification or MDI certification.
• Ability to motivate and manage teams with an effective leadership style.
• Excellent technical knowledge of personal lines insurance products.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients and company.
• Excellent client relationship skills for phone and face-to-face interactions.

Aufgaben

• Lead and motivate the Personal Lines administration and renewals team.
• Manage post handling, renewal processes and audits.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory timelines.
• Oversee cash handling and renewals distribution to handlers.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows and costs.
• Represent the team in meetings and coordinate with HR and Compliance for CPD.
