Howden Ireland is seeking a Team Leader for the Personal Lines administration and renewals team in Dublin. You will oversee post management, renewal processes, and audits while driving performance and staff development.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in account handling within insurance, with CIP or MDI qualifications. Strong client relations and leadership are essential to success.

• 3+ years of experience in account handling within insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an administration and renewals team for the Personal Lines division.
• Ensure post management, renewal processes, and internal audits are completed.
• Oversee service delivery and compliance with regulatory timelines.
• Lead performance reviews and development through regular 121s and 1:1s.
• Collaborate with HR and Compliance to train new team members.
• Monitor workload, staff leave and maintain optimal staffing levels.
