Woodie's in Ireland is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, coordinate, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives across our stores and support office. You will manage programmes, coordinate training events, create engaging content, administer the LMS and partner with stakeholders to ensure teams have the skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive and excel at relationship management in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in Learning & Development or a similar role.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programmes.
• Experience administering LMS and producing learning metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning programmes across stores and support office.
• Manage training events, onboarding and leadership development initiatives.
• Create engaging learning content and administer LMS.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards on learning metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into development solutions.
