Job summary

Woodie's is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our HR Team. You will manage the annual L&D calendar, coordinate inductions, events and initiatives, and act as the central contact for learning activity across stores and the support office.

You will liaise with external training vendors, drive data reporting on learning and compliance, and support onboarding programmes to ensure a consistent colleague experience.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating learning initiatives and training events across multiple sites.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort liaising with external training vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the annual Learning & Development calendar to plan, organise and deliver programmes, inductions, events and initiatives across the business.
• Serve as a central point of contact for learning activity, ensuring clear communication and engagement with priorities.
• Coordinate end-to-end administration and logistics of learning activities, including bookings, venues, resources and supplier initiatives.
• Lead administration, reporting and monitoring of compliance and mandatory training to keep colleagues up to date with legislative, health & safety and company requirements.
• Produce and analyse learning data, generate reports and support data-driven decisions across Learning & Development.
