Job summary

Woodie’s in Ireland is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead end-to-end employee lifecycle across our retail estate. You will partner with Operations management to drive compliant, commercial, people-centric outcomes.

You will own workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development while partnering with L&D and Talent Acquisition. The role reports to the HR Manager and is based in Dublin with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering people outcomes in an operational, multi-site environment.
• Experience managing ER cases and dispute resolution.
• Strong influencing and communication skills with the ability to achieve buy-in from managers and colleagues.
• Proficient in HR analytics and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior and store management, ensuring prompt responses and timely outcomes on people matters.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment law, managing complex ER cases across a multi-site environment.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent, shaping the candidate experience.
• Deliver robust workforce planning strategies and succession planning.
• Support the delivery of the HR Business Plan and ad-hoc projects.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and translate survey data into actions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align HR with business goals.
• Provide coaching and guidance to management for optimal outcomes.
• Identify development opportunities and partner with L&D.
• Leverage HRIS and analytics to inform decision-making.
