Cardo Group is a trusted provider of building maintenance and refurbishment services with nationwide coverage across the UK. We are expanding and seeking a Systems Trainer to support effective use of business systems across England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

You will deliver engaging training sessions, enable system adoption, and embed best practices with frontline teams, working closely with Business Analysts and within a four-person IT team.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of two or more systems such as works order management, field service, finance or HRIS.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills for training colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, structured training content.
• Confident working independently while contributing as part of a wider team.
• Strong organisational and planning skills to manage a varied and mobile workload.

Responsabilités

• Deliver structured systems training across England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, ensuring teams effectively utilise work order management systems.
• Operate as part of a four-person IT team within Cardo Group.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate system processes into practical training solutions.
• Drive system adoption and support best practices across the organisation; provide ongoing support with Head of Business Excellence.
• Identify system usage gaps and training requirements across operational teams.
