Job summary

Nextech Group Limited in Ireland is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop its Irish operation as the business enters a phase of growth. This leadership role covers operational performance, service excellence, team management and continuous improvement in a customer-focused technology services environment.

You will shape the future of the operation, drive efficiencies, build high-performing teams and ensure exceptional service delivery to a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in MSP, IT Services or technology services.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams and improve business performance.
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of operational KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational performance of the business.
• Manage and develop operational teams, driving engagement, accountability and performance.
• Ensure service levels, KPIs and customer commitments are consistently achieved.
• Drive operational improvements and implement best practice processes across the organisation.
• Manage resource planning, utilisation and workforce efficiency.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support business growth initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement corrective actions where required.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of projects and operational change programmes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and customer excellence.
