Job summary

Next Generation is seeking a Senior Site Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations at a high‑volume electronics site in Ireland. You will drive safety, quality, cost efficiency and an outstanding customer experience, while coordinating across functions to ensure top‑tier operational performance and continuous improvement.

You will coach teams, manage changes in a fast‑moving environment and partner with HR to sustain a high‑engagement culture.

Qualifications

5+ years in a senior leadership role within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Knowledge across business functions — supply chain, engineering, quality, HR, EHS, security, IT.
Strong track record building customer relationships and managing OEM accounts.
Experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrix organisation and contract manufacturing.
Commercially aware with ability to manage operational costs for a significant OEM account.

Responsibilities

Lead day‑to‑day site operations to maximise safety, quality, cost and customer experience.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure site performance aligns with company standards.
Coach and develop teams to achieve best‑in‑class execution while managing changes.
Collaborate across functions to deliver efficient site performance and strong customer outcomes.
Monitor KPIs, anticipate trends and balance short‑term delivery with long‑term value.
