Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development within insurance or commercial environments.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders (CFOs, risk managers).
• Ability to assess client needs and propose tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive new business strategy targeting insurance clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand needs.
• Propose tailored insurance solutions and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
• Present proposals and track sales performance metrics for management review.
• Represent Aon at industry events and expand market presence.
