Qualifications

• Proven track record in new business development within insurance.
• Knowledge of corporate insurance programmes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to build relationships with C-suite stakeholders and risk managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive new business strategy for target clients in insurance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including CFOs and risk managers.
• Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to onboard clients and deliver services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and pitches to showcase value.
• Track sales performance metrics and report to management.
• Represent Aon at industry events and networking functions.
