Job summary

PRC Executive Search is seeking a Sales Executive for an inside sales role in Dublin. You will mainly phone and video-sell to SME merchants, analyzing statements to show savings and signing them up for card payments, EPOS and funding where appropriate.

You will be trained on the product and pricing; success depends on phone confidence, work rate and meeting monthly targets in a high-activity environment. Hybrid setup with base salary plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in B2B sales, ideally phone-based.
• Record of hitting monthly targets in a high-activity role.
• Comfort cold-calling busy business owners with resilience.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to SME merchants across sectors.
• Follow up inbound leads from the savings calculator and statement analysis.
• Collect merchant statements and build simple savings comparisons.
• Take deals from first call to signed contract and terminal live.
• Introduce EPOS, online payments and merchant funding where they fit.
• Hit monthly targets on new merchants signed.
• Keep the CRM up to date after every call.
