Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment in Dublin 9 is seeking an HR Business Partner Support on a 12-month temporary basis. The role is hybrid with flexibility to work from any Dublin location and involves regular travel between sites, so you must have your own vehicle and a valid Irish driving licence.

You will act as the first point of contact for managers on HR queries, prepare disciplinary documents, support employee relations meetings as a notetaker, and assist with HR projects and policy improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years minimum experience in an HR Admin or similar role.
• Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle to travel between sites.
• Working knowledge of employee relations processes including grievances and disciplinaries.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Our client is a logistics company based in Dublin 9 with several other sites across County Dublin. They are currently looking to bring on a full-time HR Business Partner Support on an 12-month temporary contract.

This role would be hybrid, with flexibility to work from any Dublin location. This role will involve regular travel between sites so candidates must have their own vehicle and full, clean Irish driving license.

About Your New Job

• Act as first point of contact for managers on day-to-day HR queries including employee relations matters, performance management etc.
• Prepare disciplinary invites, outcomes, absence reviews, terminations, severance letters, and TUPE documentation
• Assist with employee relations meetings, as a notetaker
• Support the HR team and HR Managers with employee experience initiatives
• Identify and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures
• Deliver training and development support for managers across HR topics
• Provide support for ad-hoc HR Projects

What Skills you need:

• 1-2 years minimum experience in an HR Admin or similar role
