Sigmar Recruitment is advertising a temporary HR Business Partner Support role on a 12-month contract for a Dublin-based logistics company. The position is hybrid, with travel between sites required and a valid Irish driving license essential.

You will act as first point of contact for managers on HR queries, support employee relations, implement HR policies, and assist with projects and training across the HR function.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years minimum experience in an HR Admin or similar role.
• Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle; travel between sites as needed.
• Working knowledge of employee relations processes including grievances and disciplinaries.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for managers on day-to-day HR queries including employee relations matters, performance management etc.
• Prepare disciplinary invites, outcomes, absence reviews, terminations, severance letters, and TUPE documentation
• Assist with employee relations meetings, as a notetaker
• Support the HR team and HR Managers with employee experience initiatives
• Identify and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures
• Deliver training and development support for managers across HR topics
• Provide support for ad-hoc HR Projects

About Your New Employer

Our client is a logistics company based in Dublin 9 with several other sites across County Dublin. They are currently looking to bring on a full-time HR Business Partner Support on an 12-month temporary contract.

This role would be hybrid, with flexibility to work from any Dublin location. This role will involve regular travel between sites so candidates must have their own vehicle and full, clean Irish driving license.
