Job summary

Musgrave Group PLC is hiring a HR Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the Supply Chain operation across our 3 Dublin sites. You will deliver end-to-end HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and policy advice, while working closely with the HR Business Partner and site leaders.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in HR or related field, CIPD qualification (or working towards), and strong communication, analytical, and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) is preferred or in progress.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR support including recruitment, onboarding, probation management, and payroll administration.
• Partner with managers on workforce planning, engagement, performance management, and attendance.
• Coordinate with external agencies on recruitment activity.
• Support and assist managers in employee relations matters including investigations and disciplinary meetings.
• Advise on HR policies to promote consistent and fair application.
• Support engagement framework to build high performing teams across the network.
