Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Investment Accounting Business Analysis group in Letterkenny. The role focuses on applying data, financial analysis and technology to inform business strategy and support multiple systems within asset management.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in banking/financial services or fund/accounting operations.
• Bachelor's degree in MIS/BAIT, Business, Accounting, CS, Finance or Economics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer service requests related to system functionality and user questions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and systems requirements to improve performance.
• Review user and Operations requests and conduct data-gathering interviews.
• Write business specifications and requirements, redesign processes, create mockups, analyze data.
• Partner with clients and developers through the SDLC phases.
• Create test plans to validate system functionality against requirements.
• Design and implement tests for system changes and document results.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, developers and testers.
• Utilize Jira, Excel, SQL, Visio, Python, Oracle, SQL Server, PowerBI/Tableau, Cognos, Xceptor.
