Job summary

PGIM Ireland is hiring an Investment Operations Analyst for the Letterkenny office on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on validating portfolio activity, GL entries, reconciliations, and reporting for investment portfolios supporting Prudential.

You will work with the Investment Operations team to ensure accurate data and timely reporting, leveraging Excel and other MS Office tools in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, finance, operations, or similar numeric role.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or business.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Validate portfolio and transaction activity including trades, income payments, corporate actions, and deal restructurings in subledger systems.
• Prepare and verify general ledger entries.
• Complete reconciliations to custody banks, trade systems and financial statements.
• Provide reports to business partners.
• Perform cash and balance reconciliations for accurate reporting.
• Review capital account statements and financial reports from Limited Partnerships.
