PGIM Ireland, the global asset management arm of Prudential, is seeking a business analyst to support Investment Accounting Systems. The role blends data analysis, financial systems knowledge and collaboration with diverse teams. Hybrid work in Letterkenny offers on-site days and flexible schedules.

You’ll work with internal clients and technologists to improve data workflows, analytics, and automation, while contributing to an evolving technology strategy across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/BAIT or related field.
• 1–2 years in banking/financial services, fund administration, accounting, tax or operations.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with good communication.

Responsabilités

• Resolving customer service requests related to system functionality and answering user questions.
• Identifying solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and systems requirements to enhance operational performance.
• Reviewing user and/or Operations requests and conducting data-gathering interviews.
• Writing business specifications/requirements/rules, redesigning applications/processes, creating mockups, and analyzing user data.
• Partnering with clients and developers through the SDLC to implement solutions.
• Creating test plans to validate system functionality and ensure business requirements are met.
• Designing and implementing tests for system changes and developing test case matrices.
• Interacting with product owners/clients, other business analysts, software developers and testers.
• Utilizing Jira, Excel, SQL, Visio, Python, Selenium, Oracle, SQL Server, PowerBI/Tableau, Cognos, Xceptor.
