Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking a Stock Plan Analyst to support equity compensation programs and data management. The role involves processing stock plan activities, managing data exchanges, and coordinating with vendors to ensure accurate, audit-ready records.

The position is hybrid with two days per week in the Letterkenny office, offering exposure to a regulated environment and opportunities to contribute to governance and compliance in global stock plan administration.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting stock plan administration and related financial operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and data interpretation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and controls.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily stock plan administration including processing transactions and maintaining accounts.
• Manage imports, file transmissions, data exchanges, reporting, reconciliations and validation.
• Support recurring stock plan processes and annual activities and sandbox creation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support service needs.
• Assist testing and implementation projects to improve efficiency and reporting quality.
