Job summary

Coimisiún na Meán in Dublin 4 is seeking an EO Facilities to ensure a safe, accessible, and well‑governed working environment. You will support day‑to‑day facilities services, manage contractors, health and safety, and drive efficiency and compliance across the organisation.

The role requires strong organisational and stakeholder skills, experience with facilities projects, and a practical approach to public sector requirements. Hybrid work with a regular on‑site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting facilities operations and managing contractors.
• Understanding of health & safety and workplace compliance requirements.
• Strong organisational, administrative, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support day-to-day facilities operations including services and contractor performance.
• Provide a professional and responsive service to staff and visitors.
• Maintain facilities records, policies and procedures, and ensure up-to-date information.
• Support safe, accessible and compliant workplace including inspections and safety planning.
• Monitor budgets and assist with cost-control in line with procurement rules.
• Support sustainability and energy‑efficiency initiatives and workplace improvements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, landlords, and service providers.
• Contribute to developing facilities procedures and standards.
• Provide admin support for office moves, refurbishments and building projects.
