Job summary

Apleona Ireland is seeking an Associate Director for Technical services to lead the operational delivery of a portfolio of facilities management contracts in Dublin, with hybrid working options. You will act as the senior client relationship manager, drive KPI performance, ensure governance and compliance, and lead Account Managers and operations teams to high performance.

Qualifications

• A recognised M&E technical qualification or completed trade apprenticeship is an essential requirement.
• Minimum of five years’ experience working in Facilities Management environment, with at least two in a managerial/leadership role.
• Proven track record in leading multi-site operations and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of a portfolio of Facilities Management contracts.
• Act as the senior client relationship manager, building trusted partnerships and driving client retention.
• Ensure contractual KPIs, SLAs and compliance obligations are consistently achieved.
• Drive commercial performance, profitability and sustainable growth across the portfolio.
• Lead, coach and develop Account Managers and operational teams to achieve high performance.
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure robust governance through operational reviews, reporting, audits and risk management.
• Work collaboratively across Operations, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, HSEQ, HR and IT to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Support business development through client engagement, contract retention and identification of growth opportunities.
• Promote innovation, digital transformation and best practice across all contracts.
• Represent Apleona professionally with clients, suppliers and industry stakeholders at all times
