Job summary

Clúid Housing in Dublin is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to embed a proactive safety culture across all departments. You will develop systems, lead risk assessments, coordinate audits and support wellbeing initiatives to ensure a safe, healthy workforce and safe homes.

The role requires a 3rd level H&S qualification, 5+ years' experience, and strong communication and leadership skills. This is a hybrid Dublin 1 position with a permanent contract and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 3rd level Health & Safety qualification required.
• Health & Safety training including Manual Handling preferred.
• Minimum 5 years H&S experience and knowledge of Ireland regulations.
• Experience developing H&S systems and staff training programs.
• Experience in construction/maintenance environments and managing dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health and safety systems across the business.
• Lead risk assessments, incident investigation and reporting.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with authorities (HSA) as needed.
• Provide guidance to managers and frontline staff on risk control.
• Promote safety and wellbeing initiatives and training.
• Ensure compliance with Clúid policies and regulatory requirements.
