Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is partnering with a leading premium flexible workspace provider to appoint a Head of Facilities Operations across 8 properties in Dublin, Cork and Belfast. You will provide strategic leadership of facilities, services and teams to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Working with Directors and the Senior Leadership Team, you will drive efficiency, ESG initiatives, cost control and multi-site project delivery, ensuring health, safety and compliance across all locations.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in facilities, operations, or workplace services.
• Experience managing multi-site facilities.
• Strong budget and cost-control capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety, compliance and operational risk.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in flexible workspace, serviced offices or hospitality.
• ESG or sustainability experience desirable.
• Experience delivering fit-outs and workplace projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance and standards of facilities and operations across all locations.
• Ensure buildings, services and workplace environments are safe, compliant, well maintained and consistently presented.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost control and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
• Own facilities and operational budgets, supplier relationships, contracts and procurement.
• Lead maintenance, contractor and service performance to agreed standards and budgets.
• Deliver ESG and sustainability initiatives focused on energy, waste, resource efficiency and sustainable procurement.
• Lead fit-outs, refurbishments, relocations and strategic workplace projects from planning through to delivery.
• Provide operational KPIs, insight and recommendations to the Company Directors and Senior Leadership Team.
• Ensure robust health, safety, compliance, risk management and business continuity across all locations.
• Support business growth, new services and future expansion through scalable operational frameworks.

As the business continues to grow and evolve its portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Head of Facilities Operations to lead the performance, standards and development of its facilities and operational infrastructure.

About Your New Role

As Head of Facilities Operations, you will provide strategic leadership across the organisation’s facilities and operational activities, ensuring its buildings, services and teams consistently deliver an exceptional member experience.

Working closely with the Company Directors and Senior Leadership Team, you will lead multi-site operations of 8 properties across Dublin, Cork & Belfast. You will also drive efficiency and cost control, manage key suppliers and projects, and ensure the highest standards of health, safety, compliance and sustainability.

What You Need

• Senior leadership experience in facilities, operations, property, hospitality or workplace services.
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations and facilities.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budget and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, compliance and operational risk.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience within flexible workspace, serviced offices or hospitality.
• ESG or sustainability experience desirable
• Experience delivering fit-outs, refurbishments or workplace projects.
