Job summary

MaintainX is seeking an Implementation Consultant in the EMEA region to lead successful software implementations, drive adoption, and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for enterprise customers. You will work cross-functionally to ensure long-term success and become a trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey.

The role requires managing complex deployments, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise customers in software implementation, onboarding, or related consulting.
• Experience managing complex implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Engineering degree or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial space is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn MaintainX product within 30 days.
• Right to work in Barcelona, Spain.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi-phase software implementations across cross-functional teams.
• Lead customer interactions and communications to maximize product value and adoption.
• Act as client manager during implementation to align with business operations and expectations.
• Deliver formal training to client project teams and end-users.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams during onboarding.
• Offer product knowledge support to clients and troubleshoot issues.
• Track client issues and coordinate resolution with teams.
• Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones.
• Demonstrate industry knowledge in workflow recommendations for client needs.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and account management teams.
