Job summary

Deel is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end deployments for enterprise clients, coordinating with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure successful rollouts.

You will design tailored solutions, manage data migrations and integrations, and guide clients through implementation with a focus on speed, quality, and satisfaction. This role includes stock grants and flexible office membership with IWG, alongside a competitive USD salary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation consulting or project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, enterprise-level implementations.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in system configurations, integrations, and data migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Deel’s solutions for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and design customized solutions.
• Provide expert guidance during implementation to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct system configurations, data migrations, and integrations for client environments.
• Manage client relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle and ensure satisfaction.
