Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of SaaS/tech experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong ability to translate complex requirements into solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and RFPs/tenders.
• Comfort working with multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations and cloud tech is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery sessions and technical discussions with customers.
• Translate business needs into practical solution proposals.
• Plan and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Support complex enterprise sales opportunities with AEs.
• Advise on integrations, APIs, and technical feasibility.
• Oversee technical questions and involve Product/Engineering as needed.
• Document integration approaches and assist with tender responses.
• Ensure smooth handover of requirements to implementation teams.
