Maples Group in Dublin is seeking an Administrator to join our Transfer Agency/Investor Services team. You will manage shareholder records, open investor accounts and process subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, while ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent time management, and meticulous attention to detail, with an emphasis on client service and collaboration with AML, fund accounting, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with a strong academic background.
• Experience in investor services/transfer agency is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates welcomed for this field.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent time management, organizational and prioritisation skills with strong communication.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the shareholder register.
• Creation and maintenance of investor accounts with required documentation.
• Processing of investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and exchanges.
• Processing of investor and fund related payments.
• Cash account reconciliation.
• Classification of investors for FATCA/CRS reporting.
• Generation and distribution of investor notices to contacts.
• Collaborating with AML and fund accounting teams.
• Completion of board packs.
• Liaise with investors, IM, ManCo and auditors as required.
• Ensure all operational checklists are completed.
