Job summary

The Maples Group in Dublin is seeking a Supervisor to lead data and reporting for portfolio accounting and operations. This hybrid role supports global Middle Office clients and requires strong Excel skills, finance background, and client service mindset.

You will design automated reporting processes, assist in client onboarding, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver bespoke client solutions. A finance/accounting degree and 1–4 years in finance are preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-4 years’ work experience in finance or financial services.
• University degree in finance or accounting.
• Fund accounting or fund administration experience preferred.
• Experience with Investran and/or Geneva preferred.
• Experience in relationship management and client service.
• General technical and systems skills are an asset.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of project management framework and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations for institutional clients under supervision.
• Manage all aspects of portfolio accounting and performance.
• Maintain data in relevant systems timely and accurately.
• Design and implement automated accounting and reporting processes.
• Assist in client onboarding and gathering client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal/external parties to resolve issues and develop bespoke solutions.
