Sedgwick Ireland is seeking a Motor Claims FNOL Agent in Dublin on a hybrid basis. You will be the first point of contact for motor claims, gathering information, registering claims and triaging for next steps while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires excellent communication, meticulous data handling, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. You will work in a collaborative team with opportunities for training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Claims handling experience in insurance or customer-focused settings.
• APA qualification desirable; those without may still apply with aptitude.
• Knowledge of motor claims processes and policy structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer focus and service mindset.
• High attention to detail and accurate data handling.
• Good problem solving and decision making skills.
• Proficient with databases and IT systems for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers reporting motor claims.
• Gather and assess claim information and register claims.
• Triaged and allocate claims for further handling.
• Maintain high-quality data and documentation from the outset.
• Identify customer needs and promote relevant support services.
• Liaise with policyholders, claimants, brokers and providers.
• Provide timely updates and support to ensure smooth claims flow.
• Support mentoring and development opportunities within the team.
