Job summary

KennCo Underwriting Ltd is seeking a Motor Claims Handler for their South Dublin office (Dublin 16) in a hybrid, full-time role. The successful candidate will work closely with the Claims Operations Manager and wider claims functions to manage motor claims from notification through settlement.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of motor claims handling experience, APA qualification or grandfathered status, and is working toward CIP.

• Minimum of two years motor claims handling is essential.
• APA/grandfathered status, ideally working towards CIP.
• Customer-focused with ability to reach win-win outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while capturing all data at notification stage.
• Handle incoming communications to resolve claims early and cost-effectively.
• Deal with all parties to minimize escalation of claim duration and costs.
