Job summary

Sedgwick Ireland is seeking a Motor Claims Handler to manage a portfolio of motor damage claims for key clients. You will assess liability and quantum, determine coverage and handle claims efficiently, in line with SLAs and KPIs.

The role requires experience in motor claims, APA qualification (CIP with progression), strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work remotely in a fast-growing team focused on delivering high-quality claims outcomes.

Qualifications

• APA qualification is a minimum requirement.
• Experience managing motor claims within SLAs and KPIs.
• Ability to assess liability and quantum and determine coverage.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
• Negotiation and claims resolution skills with timely, compliant decisions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documentation.
