Job summary

FNZ is seeking a Compliance Manager in Dublin to oversee the regulatory risk environment and coordinate the compliance framework for MiFID, AML and GDPR. This is a hybrid role requiring strong experience in a fast-paced regulated FS setting and the ability to challenge the business with robust governance.

The role emphasizes implementing the Compliance Management Framework, regulatory reporting, training, and escalation of compliance matters to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the European regulatory framework (MiFID II, AML/CJA, GDPR).
• Experience as a senior-level professional within a regulated environment (5–10 years).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the second line of defence and oversee compliance with MiFID, AML, and GDPR.
• Develop, implement and maintain the Compliance Management Framework.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting to authorities and oversight of policies and procedures.
• Deliver regular compliance monitoring, reporting and assurance activities.
• Provide training and guidance on regulatory requirements to FNZ (Europe) DAC employees.
• Identify conflicts of interest and ensure ongoing mitigation and reviews.
