Job summary

FNZ is seeking a Compliance Manager in Dublin to strengthen the second line of defence. You will lead regulatory risk oversight across MiFID, AML and GDPR, develop the compliance management framework, and partner with the business to embed controls.

The role requires extensive FS experience in fast-paced regulated environments, ability to challenge senior stakeholders, and provide training and reporting to regulators. Hybrid work in Ireland with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of MiFID II, AML/CJA, and GDPR regulatory framework.
• 5-10 years’ senior level experience in a regulated environment.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and influencing skills.
• Presentation/training experience and ability to coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory risk oversight for FNZ (Europe) DAC.
• Oversee compliance monitoring plan and annual risk assessment.
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting and training.
• Communicate regulatory changes and advise on policy updates.
