Job summary

Broadgate in Dublin is seeking an experienced Risk, Compliance and Data Protection Manager to strengthen the organisation's risk and compliance framework. The role is a broad second-line function in insurance with hybrid working and 2 days in the office.

You will work with senior leadership on regulatory monitoring, policy development, DPIAs, DSARs, risk reporting and governance. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in financial services risk/compliance and solid knowledge of Irish regulation.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience in Risk, Compliance, or Data Protection within Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of Irish regulations (GDPR, CPC, F&P).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to work in a growing, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of compliance monitoring and risk management activities.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of new requirements.
  • Maintain risk registers, key risk indicators and risk reporting.
  • Support development of policies, procedures and internal controls.
  • Act as a key POC for all Data Protection matters, including DPIAs, DSARs, ROPAs and breaches.
  • Prepare reporting for senior management and governance committees.
  • Support regulatory engagement and interactions with authorities.
  • Contribute to third-party risk, operational resilience and governance activities.
